Generate Reports

The Anchor Dashboard allows you to generate two types of reports: Transaction History Report and Balance History Report.

The Transaction History Report provides a summary of all the transactions carried out from an account. On the other hand, the Balance History Report displays the history of the account balance.

To generate a report, follow these steps:

  1. On your Anchor Dashboard, navigate to the Monitoring section.
  2. Under Monitoring, select Reports. Here, you will find a list of all the reports generated in your organization.
  3. Click on the Schedule button located at the top right corner of the screen.
  4. Choose the type of report you want to generate: either Transaction History or Balance History Report.
  5. Select the desired file format for the generated report, such as CSV or Excel.
  6. Choose the specific account for which you want to generate the report.
  7. Specify the start date and end date for the report.
  8. Click on the Schedule button to schedule the report.

Once the report generation is initiated, refresh the page. The report will be completed and ready for download. You can click on the report to view its details and download it.
